Education of the project partners

The first training activity of the project partners coincided with the launch of the restrictive measures to tackle Covid-19. Thus, instead of the planned presence of the partners in a physical location, the training was organised by the project leader, the Institute of Work Science at the University of Bochum, as an interdisciplinary event.

The partners conducted a first test of the digital platform and were briefed/trained on parameters of the methodological approach. The event concluded with an exchange of practices and ideas for enriching the methodological toolbox and recording suggestions for improving the digital platform.
