With the Kick-Off-Meeting organized by the project leader, the Institute of Work Science at Bochum University, the research project officially started its work.
The project partners presented the organizations they represent, as well as their experiences and the project implementation environment in their countries-
The methodological approach and targeting of the project were discussed, as well as the development of the digital platform as the main output of the research project.
As a result of the Career 4.0 kick-off conference, the common strategy and the implementation schedule of the individual actions were finalized.
