Young people, who are looking for support in career planning

If you are a young person (16+) and you are thinking about your career prospects, you want to explore your skills and talents, or you are looking for professional help, you are offered the opportunity to participate – free of charge – in the counselling workshops that will be held in the framework of the project! The digital collaborative platform as a reference point creates the conditions for dynamic networking with mentors, experts and other young people being counselled through a “living” ecosystem!

Mentors

Support from trained Mentors on the basis of an integrated methodological approach being proven in practice!

Insights

Explore your strengths and talents, learn how to analyse trends and demands of the labour market and explore employment opportunities!

Business Ideas

Learn how to develop creative business ideas based on trend analysis and market research in relation to competency profiles!

Personal Plan

Create your own Personal Development Plan and track your progress on the digital platform!

Participate

Create your Personal Development Plan in collaboration with your Mentor and the input of experts.

Note: For young people under 18 years of age, written consent of a guardian will be required in a second phase for participation in the activities and events of the Career 4.0 research project!
