Development of skills and abilities through a holistic approach
The main concern is to create a holistic approach to entrepreneurship education and supportive professional planning, which will be available in all project partner countries.
Using methods – good practices – from previous research projects, such as e.g. of the employment radar for the creation of a Personal Development Plan and Business Start-up Laboratories, young people who will participate, will be able to prepare for the ever-increasing pressure for innovation and the growing expectations of competencies set by the labour market.
The project will develop a digital platform for Counseling Youth and Mentors / Learning Mentors, promoting collaborative, reflective and flexible learning.
The learning platform ensures direct communication, feedback, and flexibility in the use of learning content and continuous project management (project management) of all relevant activities.
